The name of this wine or ice cider is ‘Winter Harvest’ and is the perfect description of the clever way that it has been created. The apples used for this wine are grown in Quebec and allowed to freeze on the branches of the trees allowing the fermenting process to start before the apples are even picked.

When it gets to mid-January the apples are then harvested still cold and pressed to create a beautiful wine that has warm fruity scents and notes of home baked apples and caramel.

It is a great ‘accompaniment’ wine or it can hold its own, but however you drink this it really should be a savoured and enjoyed experience.

It makes a perfect Birthday or celebratory drink and looks attractive too with its winter inspired design and warm yellow coloring.
