Now all three films have been re-released as extended editions on Blue-ray, the longest-running, highest-quality release ever.
Devoted fans have watched these movies over and over, but never like this. This is the first extended edition release on Blu-ray, and the first release of the complete documentary set. There is nothing else that could possibly be added to this collection!
Die-hard Tolkien fans are not the only ones who deserve this incredible collection. How it came to be that someone in the Western world has not seen these movies, we can only speculate. Please help us remedy this situation as soon as possible.
When my partner got his hands on this set, there was silence in our house. He was glued to the screen, even when the clock had nearly reached midnight. In the end he got into bed with them playing on his laptop ; I went to sleep. In the early hours of the morning I woke up and he was still engrossed! I recommend you are very careful with this set, the die hard fans will be useless for anything else until they have watched everything. New people to the story – you might as well give up on them too. The Blu-ray edition is a work of art, you know you need it! Nothing could ever compare with this! The behind-the-scenes footage ios amazing, and the downloadable digital copies are to die for. You have my word! Now go and find out for yourself!
