I was impressed with the book overall, though some of the ideas it contained concerning adding solar panels and wind turbines were a bit beyond my budget. However, the book itself is filled with great pictures of new homes, sound advice on conserving energy and interesting ways to construct or remodel a home. There’s no better way to learn and be aware of ecology than by seeing which is why I liked a picture book like this. It gives you a lot of homebuilding ideas and is full of inspiration. Not to mention it makes a great coffee table book.
